Mike and Ashley Lakomowski are a husband + wife coaching duo. Starting from a young age and becoming a successful NPC bodybuilder himself, Mike has a strong background in the fitness industry. Alongside him, Ashley is a knowledgeable coach + competitor, earning her IFBB Pro Card at the 2020 NPC Nationals. The Lakomowski's share a love for discipline and satisfaction in achieving not only their own goals, but the goals of others as well. Together, they work directly with clients to help them transform their body and fitness habits. Their ultimate mission is to encourage clients to learn from their process and adopt a lifestyle they can maintain, outside of coaching.
